Syngeneic mice (10-15 mice/group) were injected intravenously with 10⁵ cells transfected with (A) BCR/ABLΔΔ mutant and A1+pim-1 retroviruses, BCR/ABL wild-type (WT) and empty retroviruses (E+E), or BCR/ABL ΔΔ mutant and empty retroviruses (E+E); and (B) BCR/ABL WT and A1(AS) + pim-1(K67M) mutant retroviruses, or BCR/ABL WT and empty retroviruses (E+E).
