Plots show the cumulative results of detachment of A1-coated beads (100 and 200 μg/mL A1 concentration; panels A and B, respectively) from CHO αβIX cells. Although the slopes are similar, more A1/GP Ib-IX bonds are formed when the 200 μg/mL VWF concentration is used (panel B). Each panel represents the mean values of 30 bead-cell detachments.
