Effect of NF-κB inhibition on the stimulatory effect of IL-6 on MM.1S cells.

NF-κB inhibition inhibits the stimulatory effect of IL-6 on MM.1S cells. SN50 overcomes IL-6–induced growth, as evidenced by MTT (panel A), and protection against apoptosis, as evidenced by PI staining (panel B), in MM.1S cells.
