KGF pretreatment improves anti-SRBC titers after BMT.
Primary immunization was performed at day 28 and secondary immunization at day 42 after BMT. The congenic BMT recipients received conditioning with 1000 cGy, and the allogeneic recipients received 900 cGy (n = 4-5 in each group).
