The C/EBPα^−/− and 10α^−/−αER lines express cell surface markers similar to that of C/EBPα^−/− fetal liver hematopoietic cells.

Cells were analyzed with monoclonal antibodies recognizing the stem cell markers Sca-1, c-Kit, and CD34, and myeloid markers Mac-1 and Gr-1.
