Data from Figures 7 and 8 were analyzed for each pair of repopulation curves. The Hamming distance for each pair of curves is indicated. Black bars represent the mean (± SE) of the Hamming distances for multiclonal (0.6 ± 0.2) and clonal (0.29 ± 0.05) grafts in secondary and for multiclonal (0.47 ± 0.23) and clonal grafts (0 ± 0) in tertiary mice, respectively.
