RPS19 mRNA decreased during terminal erythroid differentiation.

We studied RPS19 gene expression by Northern blot analysis of FAV cells. As shown in the panel on the left, the expression of RPS19 mRNA decreased over the time course 0 to 44 hours of terminal erythroid differentiation. The expression of β-actin mRNA is shown in the panel on the right. Molecular weight standard (MWs) was loaded and the position of the markers is indicated.
