Enforced expression of RUNX1 is associated with enhanced up-regulation of the megakaryocytic integrins αIIb and α₂. K562 cells were transduced with a RUNX1 retroviral construct (MIG-RX1-FL) or a control vector (MIG). GFP⁺ cells were sorted and induced to undergo megakaryocytic differentiation as described in “Materials and methods.” Whole cell lysates were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies.
