Effect of combined treatment with rhIL-11 and DDAVP on VWF:Ag levels in heterozygous VWD and normal dogs. Two heterozygous VWD dogs, W68 and D55, and one normal dog, X60, were treated daily with either rhIL-11 (50 μg/kg subcutaneously; white and gray bars) or DDAVP (5 μg/kg intravenously; gray and black bars). The gray bar indicates combined treatment with rhIL-11 and DDAVP on days 6 and 7.
