Longitudinal study of lymphoid and myeloid repopulation in spleen after BMT. Animals undergoing transplansplantation were killed at regular time intervals after BMT, and spleen cells were counted and analyzed for size, granularity, and Mac1 expression. Absolute counts of lymphoid and myeloid cells in spleens of chimeras (left panel) and untreated control AKR and C3H mice (right panel) are shown.
