Cytokine profile of the antihost response of chimeric splenocytes after in vivo DLI. Chimeras were given DLI at week 3 after BMT. After 2 days, chimeric splenocytes were harvested and cultured in MLR with host-type splenocytes (▪). Splenocytes from age-matched chimeras not given DLI (□) and splenocytes from untreated donor-type C3H mice (##) were tested in parallel. On day 3 of culture, cells from duplicate wells were harvested and pooled and tested for mRNA expression. Results are expressed as mRNA copy number per pooled wells.
