Eotaxin-3–binding competition with ¹²⁵I-MCP-1 on monocytes and CCR2-transfected cells. Freshly isolated monocytes (A) or CCR2-transfected cells (B) were incubated with 0.8 nM ¹²⁵I-MCP-1 in the presence of increasing concentrations of unlabeled MCP-1 (•) or eotaxin-3 (⋄) and cell-bound radioactivity was counted. The curves (means of duplicate determinations) are representative for 1 of 3 experiments with monocytes from different donors and 1 of 3 experiments performed with CCR2-transfected cells.
