Transmigration analysis of chemotaxis for human monocytes in response to eotaxin-3. Migration in response to eotaxin-3 was measured in human monocytes using a 24-transwell chamber system. Chemotaxis index, mean ± SEM, of 8 experiments performed with cells from different donors is shown. MCP-1 at 10 nM was used as positive control, giving a chemotaxis index of 26.33 (± 9.79).
