RasGRP3 phosphorylation and Ras-Erk signaling are correlated despite distinct conditions of cell stimulation and PKC inhibition. Ramos B cells were preincubated with various PKC inhibitors for 15 minutes before stimulation with either (A) 100 nM PMA or (B) 10 μg/mL anti-IgM for 10 minutes.
