DNA binding ability (EMSA) of p42 and mutant C/EBPα. EMSAs were performed with ³²P-labeled oligonucleotides containing the C/EBPα binding site in the G-CSFR and NE promoters and nuclear extracts (10 μg) from 32D-BCR/ABL 6:15 cells retrovirally transduced with either MigR1, p42, and the indicated C/EBPα mutants (A-B) or C/EBPα-transfected 293T cells (C). SS C/EBPα indicates the complex supershifted by the anti-C/EBPα antibody.
