Expression of VLA-4 and VLA-5 in Lin^–Sca⁺c-kit⁺ cells. Lin^– cells were first purified by depletion of Lin⁺ cells. Lin^– cells were labeled with antibodies against Sca-1, c-kit, VLA-4, VLA-5, or their isotype controls.
