Figure 2. αCD154 inhibits in vivo expansion of alloreactive Tg CD4+ T cells. C57BL/6 RAG KO mice were injected with TEa Tg T cells in the presence or absence of CB6F1 spleen cells and a CB6F1 skin graft. Mice were injected with αCD154 or control H-Ig 3 times per week. Then, 9 days later, local and nonlocal LNs were harvested and cells were counted and analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorter for the percentage of TEa Tg T cells in order to determine the total number of TEa Tg T cells in each group.
