Induction of T-cell cytokine secretion by immature and mature MoDCs and CD1c⁺ PBDCs. Immature MoDCs (GM-CSF plus IL-4) or freshly sorted CD1c⁺ PBDCs were stimulated for 2 days with the indicated stimuli, washed, and used as stimulators (1 × 10⁴) of alloreactive T cells (1 × 10⁵) in an MLR.
