TLR expression on human neutrophils measured by QPCR. Human neutrophils were isolated and treated with GM-CSF as described in Figure 1. RNA was harvested from the cells, and mRNA levels for the TLRs were determined by QPCR and are depicted as the number of copies of the gene per copies of the control mRNA β2-microglobulin.
