(B) Immunoprecipitation of CIB from platelet lysates of cells adhered to Fg or BSA. Western blot analysis with anti-FAK shows the association between CIB and FAK increases on platelet adhesion to Fg. (C) Immunoprecipitation of CIB from TRAP-activated platelet lysates in the presence or absence of RGDS. Western blot analysis with anti-FAK shows the association between CIB and FAK is blocked on inhibition of the ligand binding.
