HUVECs were seeded on fibronectin-coated coverslips and transduced with IL-2RTF, IL-2RTF SS/AA (Ser253Ala/Ser258Ala), or the cytoplasmic domain mutant of full-length TF virus C-S TF (Cys245Ser).
