Endotoxin-induced inflammatory cytokine elaboration. Wild-type (wt), heterozygous FV Leiden (VL^+/–), homozygous FV Leiden (VL^+/+), and homozygous TMPro mice (≥ 5/group) were injected intraperitoneally with 5 mg E coli endotoxin/kg body weight.
