ISS-induced maturation of PDCs is not affected by IL-10. (A) Purified PDCs (3-5 × 10⁴) were stimulated with ISS (5 μg/mL) alone or (B) in combination with CD40L-transfected L cells with or without IL-10 (1 ng/mL) for 48 hours. Cells were characterized for CD80 and CD86 by flow cytometry analysis. Representative results of 10 donors are shown.
