The migration of CD34⁺ cell–derived DC precursors (preDCs), iDCs, or mDCs (A) and monocytes (Mo), Mo-derived DCs (Mo-iDCs and Mo-mDCs) (B) in response to EDN was evaluated by chemotaxis assay.
