EM colocalization of MHC class II molecules and GM1 in exosomal LDTI domains. (A) Daudi exosomes were lysed in 1% Triton X-100 and subjected to sucrose gradient centrifugation. Aliquots of fractions collected from the top of the gradient were analyzed by dot blot for the distribution of flotillin-1 and HLA-DRα. (B) Fraction no. 3 of the sucrose gradient was used for the EM study (upper panel). Detergent-resistant membrane isolated from Daudi cells was also analyzed for GM1 and MHC class II molecule colocalization (lower panel).
