Cohorts of 3 B6D2F1 mice/group/experiment were mobilized by a single injection of GROβT (2.5 mg/kg), a multiday regimen of G-CSF (50 μg/kg, twice a day for 4 days), or administration of GROβT on day 5 following the G-CSF regimen.
