Identification of wt G-CSF-R/EGFP-associated structures in 3T3 cells. Stably transfected 3T3 cells were plated on glass slides, fixed, and immunolabeled with a marker of the Golgi apparatus (GM130 [A-C]) or late endosomal/lysosomes (Lamp-1 [D-F]). Colocalization is shown by merging green (wt G-CSF-R/EGFP; left panels) with red (GM130 or Lamp-1; middle panels) fluorescence, resulting in a yellow color in case of colocalization (right panels).
