Flow cytometric analysis of lymphocyte populations in wt mice that received Apc^Min/+ BM. Analysis of animals that received BM from 63- (63d) or 100-day-old (100d) male donors at 337 days after transplantation. Cells from thymus and spleen were stained with anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 antibodies (top) and from spleen and thymus with anti-B220 and anti-IgM antibodies (bottom). Only cells in the lymphocyte gate were analyzed. The percentages of cells in each gate are shown in each panel. Results are representative of at least 3 different animals per group.
