Cell death. Cell death of HMC-1.1 cells (A-C) and HMC-1.2 cells (D-F) after treatment with 17-AAG was determined by propidium iodide uptake. Cells were incubated with 1 μM 17-AAG for 24 hours. Whole cells were used for propidium iodide staining. The x-axis is in linear scale and represents side scatter.
