HeLa cells were transiently transfected with Myc-tagged EBP with FLAG-tagged EEN or MLL-EEN. EBP and EEN/MLL-EEN were visualized by anti-Myc and anti-FLAG antibodies, followed by FITC-conjugated antirabbit and rhodamine-conjugated antimouse antibodies, respectively.
