Long-term immune reconstitution of CD62L– T-cell recipients. More than 100 days after transplantation, C3H/HeJ recipients of unprimed C57BL/6 CD62L– T cells (Figure 3) were killed and peripheral blood and spleen cells were obtained for phenotypic and functional assays in comparison with TCD BM controls and normal mice.
