Western blot analysis of GA-treated CLL cells. Cells from CLL patient 20 were incubated in the absence (NA) or presence of 100 nM GA. Protein extracts were prepared at the indicated times and analyzed by Western blotting. GA-specific apoptosis was 26% at 24 hours.
