Effect of the Src-kinase inhibitors on the proliferation of patient-derived ALCL cell lines. The ALCL cell lines FEPD (A), KARPAS (B), SU-DHL1 (C), and COST (D) were seeded at 10⁴ cells per well in a 96-well plate. Cells were grown in the absence or in the presence of either 10 μM PP1 or 2 μM SU6656, as indicated. Cell proliferation was determined each day for 7 days using an MTT proliferation assay. Reported results are mean ± SEM of, at least, 3 different experiments performed in triplicate.
