SB 290157 does not affect either the SDF-1–induced phosphorylation of AKT and MAPK p42/44 or a calcium flux. (A) Normal human CD34⁺ BM MNCs were stimulated by C3a or SDF-1 (lanes 2 and 4) in the presence of 250 μM SB 290157 (lanes 3 and 5) for 2 minutes (lanes 2-3) or 15 minutes (lanes 4-5).
