(A) Proteins in citrated mouse plasma obtained from the animal before and 3 hours after the injection of 7E9 IgG were separated on sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane; fibrinogen was then immunoblotted using an HRP-conjugated polyclonal rabbit antibody to human fibrinogen.
