AGF induction of vascular leakage. For a vascular permeability assay, male 8-week-old BALB/c mice were anesthetized, and 100 μL 1% Evans blue dye was injected into the tail vein. At 5 minutes after injection of dye, AGF (1 μg or 3 μg), ARP4 (3 μg), VEGF (0.1 μg), or PBS was injected intradermally at adjacent locations on the back skin.
