Influence of different FcγR polymorphisms on the clearance rate of RhD-positive RBCs after MonoRho intravenous administration. The polymorphisms were analyzed on DNA extracted from peripheral blood samples. RhD-positive RBCs (15 mL) were administered 24 hours prior to the anti-RhD injection.
