Administration of 30 × 106 naive B6 splenocytes 17 weeks after BMT to mixed chimeras prepared with anti-CD8, 3 Gy TBI, and anti-CD154 leads to loss of chimerism. Mixed chimeras were prepared with anti-CD8, 3 Gy TBI, anti-CD154, and B10.A BMCs. Percentage of donor granulocytes in peripheral WBCs are shown for individual animals. Similar profiles of donor chimerism were observed in CD4, CD8, B-cell, and monocyte lineages.
