Generation of 32D/BA cells stably or inducibly coexpressing ICSBP. Protein lysates were harvested and immunoblotted with anti-ICSBP, anti-BCR/ABL, and anti-β-actin antibodies. β-actin immunoblotting was performed to assure equal protein loading.
