Survival of mice injected with 32D-BA/v and 32D-BA/ICSBP cells. (A) A total of 10⁶ 32D/BA-v or 32D/BA-ICSBP(3E) cells were injected intravenously into the tail veins. A total of 29 mice were injected in the 32D/BA-v arm, 33 in the 32D/BA-ICSBP(3E) arm. Mice were observed for survival and killed if moribund. (B) Growth characteristics of 32D/BA-v and 32D/BA-ICSBP cells under nonlimiting culture conditions. Cells were seeded at a density of 5 × 10⁴ cell/mL and then counted daily in quadruplicate to generate proliferation curves from mean values ± SD. Each experiment was performed 3 times.
