Subacute (4-hour) Ang II-induced leukocyte responses within rat mesenteric postcapillary venules. Rats were treated intraperitoneally with saline (n = 6), 0.1 nM (n = 5), or 1 nM Ang II (n = 6). Four hours later, responses of leukocyte rolling flux (A), leukocyte rolling velocity (B), leukocyte adhesion (C), and leukocyte emigration (D) were quantified.
