Induction of T-cell anergy induced by BCP-ALL cells. T cells were first primed with sorted BCP-ALL cells or control DCs for 5 days. T cells were extensively washed and restimulated in a second coculture with the same BCP-ALL cells (□) or control DCs (▪) used in the first stimulation in the absence or in presence of 100 U/mL IL-2 (▨) .
