Effects of Jak and Src inhibitors on STAT5 and STAT3 activation by WT G-CSF-R and G-CSF-R–d715. Luciferase assays were performed as in Figure 3. One hour before initiation of STAT5 (A) and STAT3 (B) luciferase reporter assays, the Src inhibitor PP-2 or the Jak inhibitor WHI-P154, dissolved in DMSO, was added to the cells at the concentrations indicated.
