Perindopril improves the short-term repopulating ability of bone marrow cells after reconstitution. Lethally irradiated (10 Gy) mice were intravenously injected with various numbers of BMCs (10⁵, 3 × 10⁵, 10⁶ cells). The survival of the recipients (A) was evaluated until 3 months after grafting.
