Pretreatment with CEP-701 followed by cytarabine. BaF3/ITD cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of CEP-701 for 24 hours, then transferred into medium containing increasing concentrations of cytarabine with continued exposure to CEP-701 for an additional 48 hours. Cytotoxicity was then assessed using the MTT assay. The graph shows a dose-response curve for cytarabine alone (solid line) and for cytarabine in the presence of 10 nM CEP-701 started 24 hours earlier (dashed line). The results are plotted as percent cytarabine-untreated control.
