MV4-11 cells treated with cytarabine followed by CEP-701. Triplicate samples of cells were incubated for 48 hours in increasing concentrations of cytarabine and then washed and resuspended in increasing concentrations of CEP-701. After 48 additional hours in culture, an MTT assay was performed. The raw OD obtained from each treatment group is plotted on the y-axis. Error bars are included, but are too small to be seen in this graph.
