(B) EC monolayers were stained to demonstrate changes in PKCλ (i) and PKCζ (iii) localization following treatment with thrombin (0.2 U/mL). Cells also were stained for VE-cadherin (ii,iv) to demonstrate changes in cell-cell interactions following thrombin stimulation. (C) ECs were stained for PKCα (i-ii) and PKCϵ (iii-iv).
