The PPARγ agonist 15d-PGJ₂ inhibits platelet aggregation induced by ADP. Platelet aggregation was stimulated by addition of 5 μM ADP in the absence (a) or presence of 5 μM (b), 10 μM (c), or 20 μM (d) 15d-PGJ₂.
