FACS analysis shows the development of a similar CML-like leukemia in the presence and absence of P-selectin and ICAM1. WT to WT and P-selectin^-/-/ICAM1^-/- to P-selectin^-/-/ICAM1^-/- mice showed similar percentages of GFP⁺/Gr-1⁺ and GFP+/Mac-1+ myeloid cells in bone marrow (BM; P = .495), peripheral blood (PB; P = .857), and spleen (Spl; P = .997) (2 × 2 ANOVA).
