FACS analysis of BCR/ABL-expressing leukemic cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, spleen, and pleural effusion of mice with B-ALL. Mice in both WT to WT and P-selectin^-/-/ICAM1^-/- to P-selectin^-/-/ICAM1^-/- groups showed similar percentages of GFP⁺/B220⁺ and GFP+/CD19+ myeloid cells in the spleen (Spl; P = .757 and .752), bone marrow (BM; P = .407 and .412), and pleural effusion (CE; P = .260 and .530), but significantly different percentages of GFP⁺/B220⁺ and GFP+/CD19+ myeloid cells in peripheral blood (PB; P = .002 and .006).
